Here is a collection of some of my favourite astrophotos, sorted by type. The photos were taken with a variety of instruments, including 6", 8", 13" and 16" Newtonians, a Celestron C8, C14, an 8" Celestron Schmidt camera, a Vixen VC200L Cassegrain and a variety of telephoto lenses. To make page loading more manageable for slower connections, I have divided the photos into distinct groups. They are:

My favourite film is hypered Kodak tech-pan 2415 - a very fine grain, high contrast black and white film. This film allows me to capture good detail in small deep sky objects, even with the relatively short focal lengths that I use. Probably 90% of my photography is black and white, and it will stay that way until a colour film hits the market that gives me the detail and contrast of Kodak Tech Pan 2415.
