Messier Gallery

This is a project I started back in 1986, shooting all 110 of the Messier list. Some images are old film shots from my 16" Newtonian, cold camera film shots using a dry ice camera, others are film shots with the Schmidt camera. Some are a digital mix. The newest images are CCD and others that are too low to image well from Calgary have been sketched. There is something for everyone here!
