Description This "Running Man" looking nebula is located in Cepheus near the Garnet Star (Mu Cephei) as part of the IC1396 complex approximately 2450 light years away. The above image is the result of a total of 8 hours of H-Alpha imaging aimed at capturing the low-contrast H-Alpha emission light of this nebula.

This "Running Man" looking nebula is located in Cepheus near the Garnet Star (Mu Cephei) as part of the IC1396 complex approximately 2450 light years away.
