The nearer tower has the Hyatt Regency Hotel in it - the lobby STARTS
at the 54th floor!
The tower with the hole in the top is now the tallest building in
Shanghai (for now). It is owned by a Japanese company and was
originally intended to be pointed at the top and shaped like a sword.
The image of a huge Japanese sword looming over Shanghai didn`t go down
with the locals and they objected. The building was modified.
