Sh2-86 - Nebula in Vulpecula - H-Alpha enhanced RGB

10/9/8 x 10 min RGB
27 x 20 min of H-Alpha
Acquired with
CCD-Commander controlling TheSkyX and the Planewave focuser
PixInsight Processing:
WBPP
then for the Ha Master: BlurX, NoiseX, StarX, then the starless image
was stretched using HistogramTransformation and Curves. masked LHE.
Save-as-TIFF
RGB processing: SPCC, BlurX, NoiseX, Curves, HT, SCNR, masked Saturation Boost, Save-as-TIFF
Photoshop Processing:
Split channels on the RGB then added the starless Ha to the Red at 100% and Blue at 20% using Lighten Blend Mode.
Recombine
Channels, then added the starless Ha layer over top of this using blend
mode Pin Light. Layer Mask - Hide All then brushed in the dust lanes.
On
top of this I added a duplicate layer of the total and did a 40 pixel
High Pass filter and as above, Layer Mask - Hide All then brushed in
the interesting bits
